Mariah Carey, save that nip for your twins. Mimi had an unfortunate nip slip while on stage honoring Jermaine Dupri's So So Def record label's 20th anniversary celebration on Feb. 23!

Mimi looked incredible and smiled from ear-to-ear as she took the stage at Atlanta's Fox Theatre to help congratulate Jermaine on his label's achievement.

But as she attempted to help Usher and Jay-Z roll out the cake commemorating the evening, the voluptuous singer/actress surprises the crowd with a little something extra. Her left nipple popped out of her elegant, off-white-colored, strapless skin-tight dress.

Apparently, Mariah, 42, must not have felt anything because after she let it all hang out she embraced the man of honor, who has collaborated with the singer on several of her albums, including The Emancipation of Mimi which dropped back in 2005.

Let's just hope Mimi doesn't show her goods on American Idol.
