Glee stars Lea Michele and Cory Monteith kept their rumored romance under wraps for quite some time, however they've slowly begun acknowledging the worst kept secret in Hollywood — beginning with walking the Do Something Awards blue carpet together as a couple, their first ever! Now, Cory isn't holding anything back — re-tweeting an announcement that his love was named GQ magazine's "Woman of the Week"!
It was a simple retweet, shared on Dec. 12, but it spoke volumes. When Cory shared GQ's tweet with his followers and fans on the social network, it was the first many had seen of it, including the honoree herself, Lea!
Two full hours after Cory shared the tweet, Lea took to Twitter, saying, "Wow @GQmagazine woman of the week! How cool is that?! Thanks GQ!" She then shared a reply from the magazine's account, saying, "@CoryMonteith is pretty great, too." These two are so cute!
Lea recently opened up about her relationship with Cory during a Marie Claire interview, speaking more candidly about the coupling than ever before and gushing about how her co-star-turned-lover knows her better than anyone else.
"I don't even remember a time when he wasn't my boyfriend. No one knows me better than Cory. No one knows what it's been like to go through this more than he does. Feeling like you have that net underneath you allows you to jump higher and go farther. He makes me feel like I can do anything. For the first time in my life, I feel really, really settled and happy. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world."
